Matworks.com Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our business, The Matworks, Ltd. offers a limited
30-Day Return/Repair Policy. Please send your item(s) back to us
in original condition, and we will process your request for a replacement
or repair. The decision to repair or replace the item(s) will be
determined once received at our offices and inspected.
Please contact us before ordering for the return policy on custom
orders. Some custom orders cannot be returned.
Procedure:
Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number in order to ensure proper credit for return. You may
contact us via email or telephone.
Please note that you are
responsible for the cost of shipping your return or exchange to
us.
Shipment:
1. We suggest that you ship your package insured to ensure safe
arrival.
2. Please place item in original packaging or comparable shipping
box.
3. Please write RMA # clearly on the outside of your box in black
marker and on a sheet of paper placed inside the box.
4. Packages must be postmarked.
